Anaïs : Extraordinary Villa 5 minutes from the beach

This house for up to 8 guests is located in L'Escala. It is just a 5-minute walk (500 m) from Riells Beach, close to the harbour, boat rental services, the yacht club (diving and sailing), as well as a wide selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

The Montgrí Natural Park is only 600 metres away, and the historic centre of L'Escala is 2 km away.



The accommodation is spread over two floors and features a private swimming pool (approximately 32 m²) with a removable safety fence, a garden, a terrace, an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, a parasol and sun loungers.

The living and dining room features a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space throughout the year.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. It includes a paper capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and direct access to the outside.

The property has 3 bedrooms with double beds: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), one bedroom with a trundle bed (1 single bed of 80 cm convertible into a 160x200 bed) and one double bed (160x200), and a third bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The living room also includes a sofa bed (140x190).

All beds are provided with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows.

There is one bathroom with a shower, one bathroom with a bathtub and one separate toilet.

The house also offers heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a clothes drying rack with pegs and private outdoor parking.



This house is only available for families.



Pets are not allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

This villa offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
