We are pleased to offer for rent a single-level villa with a private swimming pool.

Designed by an architect, modern and tastefully furnished, it boasts spectacular 180-degree sea views with the Pyrenees as a stunning backdrop.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Located in the highly sought-after residential area of Cala Montgó, Villa Vela is a beautiful single-level villa nestled in a peaceful, green setting, just a few minutes’ walk from the coves and the beach.

Important: the rental includes the entire garden level only (the house visible upstairs in some photos is an independent dwelling).

In July and August, we accept weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday.

The House

Set on a landscaped 723 m² plot, the villa offers 135 m² of living space, perfectly suited for family holidays or stays with friends.

Fanny and Bruno, our local concierges, will welcome you upon arrival and assist you at departure. They remain available throughout your stay for any questions and can help with recommendations or special requests (restaurants, beaches, activities, etc.).

A €1,500 security deposit will be requested by credit card upon arrival and fully refunded immediately at departure, provided no damage is found. A check-in and check-out inspection will be carried out.
