Un lujo con piscina privada

Casa independiente con 3 habitaciones que cumple con todo lo anunciado. La única pega es tener que pagar aparte las sábanas y toallas pero el precio sigue siendo bueno. Los electrodomésticos funcionaban correctamente aunque la nevera enfriaba poco (única pega que ponemos a la casa). Terreno pequeño pero suficiente para una barbacoa y una piscina con amplio equipamiento de tumbonas y zona de descanso

Leuke woning maar een beetje gedateerd. Helaas was er van alle elektronische apparaten geen enkele gebruiksaanwijzing er was ook geen map over de omgeving en restaurants. 2 wijnglazen en champagneglazen. Een koffiezetapparaat waar eigenlijk een thermoskan onder moet maar een glazen kan zit zodat het apparaat de koffie niet warm houdt . Bij aankomst een lijst gemaakt van aanmerkingen waar wel aandacht aan besteed werd door de zeer vriendelijke dames van van Solhome. Het ontbreekt aan ligkussen en zitkussens voor de buiteneettafel. De designwasbak in de badkamer is ongeschikt voor gebruik bij iets te harde straal heb je een natte gulp/buik

De combinatie van huis met eigen zwembad is fijn. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is minder.

In principe een prima huis met als groot voordeel het eigen zwembad. Je leeft vooral buiten en het zwembad is prima, de grote loungeset fijn. Er staan 4 nieuwe ligbedden. Er is een grote parasol. Tuin is geheel omheind en afgesloten. Fijn voor als je met hond komt. De eettafel buiten is ook netjes. Zwembad wordt 2x per week schoongemaakt. Het huisje is echter wel aan renovatie toe. Het houtwerk, de schutting, sluitingen van de luiken. De grote parasol is gescheurd. Maar vooral ook de badkamer. Deze is superklein, je kunt er maar met 1 persoon tegelijk in. Je moet in bad douchen en daarna is de hele badkamer nat. De douche op zich is wel fijn. De keuken is ook klein. Als er 1 persoon in staat kan er niemand meer in of uit. Is de vaatwasser open of de koelkastdeur dan ook geen beweging meer mogelijk. Ook weinig kastruimte voor boodschappen. Voordeel is wel dat er een vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig zijn. Ook magnetron, broodrooster en koffiezet apparaat. Voor 4 personen voldoende kastruimte. Voor 6 niet want 1 kamer heeft geen kasten. De bedden liggen fijn. Er is wifi. Airco niet en dat zou ook een verbetering zijn want het wordt echt heel benauwd in het huis. Verder viel het tegen dat er alleen een hele vieze stofzuiger is, een vieze bezem en een vieze oude “mop” met emmer. Voor dit geld zou er net materiaal moeten zijn om zelf een keer te kunnen poetsen. Het droogrekje buiten is afgebladderd en verroest. De kussens van de loungeset zijn gescheurd bij de rits. En zo zijn er meer dingen. Het zijn kleine details die, als ze in orde zouden zijn, je het gevoel zouden geven dat je niet voor niets zo veel betaald. De ontvangst door de dame van Solhome was echt zeer vriendelijk! Ze neemt de tijd om je wegwijs te maken. Ook na onze melding (ivm de borg) van diverse zaken die kapot waren kwam ze meteen de volgende dag met 3 klusjesmannen om een en ander te repareren. Ligging is prima, in een rustige buitenwijk. Lopen naar zee of centrum echt alleen voor de geoefende wandelaars. Vooral met die temperaturen. L’escala zelf is een hele leuke plaats met echt hele mooie stranden (sommige met duinen) en er is genoeg te beleven. Conclusie: We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad maar de huur voor dit huis is eigenlijk te hoog voor wat je er voor terugkrijgt. Dus of huurprijs omlaag of huis opknappen en accessoires op tijd vernieuwen.

bien située

la maison est bien située, à 10 min à pied du port et de la plage, du parc naturel. Elle a le confort nécessaire mais les menuiseries (portes et fenêtres) sont vieillissantes et mériteraient d'être changées tout comme les meubles de cuisine, le parasol (troué et sale) ainsi que les 2 chaises longues (textile déchiré sur les côtés). La literie est bonne en revanche il n'y avait pas assez de duvet pour tous les lits (seulement 2 duvets de 1 personnes pour 7 couchages). La vaisselle est un peu juste; La piscine était propre mais nous avons du signaler que la pompe n'était pas en route car au bout de 3 jours l'épuisette ne suffisait pas à nettoyer la surface de l'eau.
