Standort TOP, Wohnung Flop

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der hystorischen Altstadt.Zufahrt ist extrem eng,man kann nur kurz ausladen,muss dann irgendwo ausserhalb parkieren.Die Wohnung ist an Top Lage.Direkt am Sandstrand,Bäckerei/Läden sowie Restaurants sehr nahe.Balkon meerseitig ist sehr klein.Der grössere Balkon ist direkt an der Strasse,ohne Aussicht.Keine Tische/Stühle vorhanden.Ein WC und die Store im Elternzimmer waren defekt.Extrem ringhörig!Waschmaschine war verschimmelt!Preis/Leistung Wohnung zu teuer!

Appartement spacieux et idéalement situé au pied de la plage centrale de l'Escala village. Mais très bruyant, mal isolé, sans climatisation, avec un équipement minimaliste. Pas de climatisation non plus. Chambre côté mer très chaude.

La ubicació és immillorable i el tracte per part de l'agència també molt bo. L'apartament fa pudor de cloaques, necessita renovar pintura i decoració, un dels lavabos necessita renovació urgent de les aixetes, no té rentaplats...

Perfect 4 Family

Unterkunft ist excelent für Familien und Senioren geeignet. Strand nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, entfernt. Restaurant & Co. gibt es jede Menge gleich um die Ecke. Der Strand ist Ideal (Sand). Gleich in der Nähe gibt es Ideale Möglichkeiten zum Snorkeln, mit reichhaltiger Fauna und Flora. Was die Wohnung betrifft, leider nur 4 Punkte für das Wohnzimmer. Sofa unangenehm zum Schlafen und kein Wi-Fi. Im Bad fehlt auch der Fön. ANSONSTEN für den Preis, ALLES PERFEKT
