Family apartment "Un Jardin"

The apartment is located in a complex with a closed territory, a garden and a large swimming pool, in a quiet area, but only 350 meters from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. For our guests we offer free underground parking and Wi-Fi. You can also use the barbecue area and tennis court, which are located in the garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a living room with a dining area and access to a terrace where you can have a meal outdoors and sunbathe. The windows and the terrace overlook the garden on the quiet side. Our garden is gorgeous! There are spacious lawns, flowers and trees, in the shade of which you can hide from the sun. Children love to play here, and parents love to relax. For children there is a children’s pool with shallow water. There is a supermarket 100 meters from the apartment. A bakery, a cafe, a pharmacy, a fish shop and greengrocer’s, as well as a stop for intercity buses are located 350 meters away. A scenic train also runs through the city, on which you can easily get to any area, parks, as well as the village of San Marti de Empuries.
