Newly renovated house in 2017, new appliances, new rooms furniture. Very luminous . One floor Parking inside the farm. The three bedrooms are double and spacious, with large closets. Kitchen equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave, Dolce gusto coffee maker, washing machine. Combi fridge House of 77m2 with 123m2 of outdoor terrace. Very quiet residential area. Satellite TV TV in marriage room. Large plot with trees and barbecue. Ideal for children to play.
The house is delivered clean and will be returned in the same state of cleanliness. Otherwise, the cleaning costs of the deposit will be deducted.
The entrances and exits will be preferably on Saturdays or Sundays.

This was our first villa holiday and it was excellent, we was met at the villa by Gemma and although she doesn’t speak much English and I speak even less Spanish she gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and using the universal hand signals she showed us around the villa then left us too it, I text her a few times during our stay and she always replied, we knew she was nearby if needed but she was never intrusive.The villa itself is amazing, it has everything you need and is really spacious, the pool is not massive but it’s ideal for a nice dip and a cooldown, the villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood and it was so peaceful and relaxing not having to fight at 6am for a sun lounger, there is plenty of areas around the villa to sunbathe and also plenty of shade for when the sun is blazing down on you, the nearest Aldi & McDonald’s is 5mins walk away, the Aldi has everything you need including fresh bread in a morning, the main town is 20mins walk away, there is some nice restaurants in the town but definitely recommend the THAI restaurant it was great.From the main town the old town is another 25mins walk around the headland or catch the land train for 2euro, the old town is beautiful with some more Fantastic restaurants.It’s busy in the town at night, but it revolves around tapas and drinks, one thing we did miss was just a sports bar and maybe some live music but didn’t spoil the holiday.All in all 10/10 holiday thanks gemma

Wir haben unsere Zeit in L´Escala sehr genossen. Das Haus war wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Für die Kinder war der Pool genial. Der Ort liegt super und man kann tolle Ausflüge nach Figureres, Barcelona oder viele andere Orte machen. Auch für Hundebesitzer unbedingt zu empfehlen, denn ein großes Naturschutzgebiet ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bietet viele tolle Wege zum Wandern. Außerdem sind die Gastgeber supernett und antworten immer schnell auf alle Fragen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und tolle Unterkunft

Sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Unterkunft. sie liegt ein wenig Abseits, aber man kann alles gut erreichen. Besonders die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Der Pool ist toll für eine kleine Erfrischung zwischendurch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und helfen in allen Belangen gern weiter.

Wir waren von sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr Ruhige Lage doch trotzdem sehr zentral ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Sehr schöner flacher Sandstrand mit kleinen Shopps. Viele Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern 4 und 7 Jahre sehr gut geeignet. Wir empfehlen es. Der Pool war sehr kaltes Wasser hat aber die Kinder nicht abgeschreckt. Tipp den Touristenzug nutzen macht mega Fun.

Haben dort zwei Wochen mit unserem 14 jährigen Sohn und unserer französischen Bulldogge verbracht. Ziemlich weit vom Schuss, dafür aber schön ruhig. Kleines, sehr schön eingerichtetes Häusschen. Alles da was man benötigt. Kleiner Pool. Reicht aber völlig aus um sich abzukühlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Gerne wieder.

Alles wunderbar

Gemma war eine super Gastgeberin. Wäre für Fragen immer da gewesen und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Der Check in und check out war total unkompliziert. Das Haus war toll. Alles sauber, sehr süße liebevolle Einrichtung. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und kommen sehr gerne auch wieder.

Freundliche Kommunikation, sauberes Objekt

Das kleine Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet, und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, die Verkehrsanbindung ist exzellent. Zu Fuß ist es etwas abseits gelegen, aber damit konnten wir gut leben. Der Swimmingpool scheint allerdings nur dafür da zu sein, um in den Suchergebnissen aufzutauchen, wenn jemand einen Pool sucht. Er liegt sehr eingezwängt zwischen Haus und Straße, und man fühlt sich eher im Hinterhof, als gemütlich im Wasser zu planschen. Aber in unserer Reise Zeit war der unbeheizten Pool sowieso etwas zu kalt, so dass wir diese nicht benutzt haben

Prestations de qualité à tous les niveaux. La maison est bien organisée, climatisation dans la chambre des parents et le séjour, beaucoup de rangements, un bel espace de vie à l extérieur avec un coin terrasse ombragé très agréable, une piscine pour se rafraîchir et des transats... la maison est située dans un quartier calme, les commerces sont accessibles très facilement et la plage est à 20 minutes à pieds. Tout à fait agréable de traverser la ville pour se rendre le soir sur le front de mer pour une glace en famille. La plage est bien entretenue et spacieuse. Pour finir, notre famille a été très bien accueillie par Gemma et Félix, qui ont pris le temps de nous expliquer en français l organisation de la maison. Nous avions demandé une location de draps, serviettes et linge de maison, bien pratique! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Très bonne location, les propriétaires très très sympa adorable et serviable. La location est conforme à la description et est tout confort, la climatisation très appréciable. Quartier très calme et voisinage sympa. Cuisine bien équipée et Sdb parfaite. A proximité des commerces à pied et la plage à 5 min en voiture. Terrasse et barbecue impeccable. Séjour parfait. Nous avons séjourné deux semaines en juillet. Propriétaire super sympa et serviable. La maison de plain pieds en très agréable avec la climatisation . À cinq minutes des plus belles plages de sable. Les commerces sont juste à côté. Parfait pour les vacances. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.
