Ideally located on the Passeo de Riells, this apartment is perfect for a family with children.

It features a very large terrace with stunning sea views.
Inside, there are two bright bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided.

A living/dining room opening onto the terrace allows you to enjoy meals indoors.

A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine is located between the two bedrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen is located at the entrance of the apartment.

At the heart of the residence is a communal swimming pool and a private garage for secure and convenient parking. WARNING: the underground parking lot is narrow; you need to maneuver carefully.

L'Escala is a small fishing village located south of the Gulf of Roses on the Costa Brava. Its coastline is idyllic, with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocky shores, pine trees, and crystal-clear water offering a breathtaking spectacle.

The region is rich in activities, both sporting and cultural.
Nearby, you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona and Girona.
For your stay, linens and towels are provided (beds are made, and there are two towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
I will personally welcome you on your arrival day and leave you with a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).

Allereerst, de locatie was fantastisch! Groot balkon met heerlijke ligbedden pal aan de boulevard ( waar je geen last van hebt!) En uitzicht op strand en zee. Het appartement was ruim maar wel wat gedateerd. Her en der scheuren in tegels, rommelig balkon bij 2e slaapkamer waar nog oude verfblikken en troep lag. Bank, gordijnen smoezelig. Er is geen airco, waardoor t eind juli niet afkoeld en binnen 30 graden blijft. Parkeergarage is aanwezig, maar heel smal, evenals de eigen parkeerbox.

El departamento Super bien ubicado, la mejor vista de la Costa Brava. William fue muy amable y siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitábamos. Excelente que haya flexibilidad con el checking porque llegamos tarde como a medianoche. Mi recomendación sería que le instalen aire acondicionado al departamento, es necesario. El estacionamiento para el auto es muy pequeño. Que mejoren la ropa de cama y las almohadas. Y que estén más pendientes de la limpieza del departamento. Regresaría sin pensarlo.

Séjour très agréable rendu grâce à la location correspondante à l’annonce mais aussi à l’endroit calme avec de jolies plages et une vielle ville bordées de criques ainsi que beaucoup de bons restaurants sans attrape touristes.Sans oublier William qui a été de très bons conseils,merci à lui.
