Nice holiday home in l'Escala, just 150 meters from Riells beach. It is a very quiet area since it is located in a passage where cars do not circulate. However, it has the promenade with shops, restaurants and shops less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. At the front of the house, we find a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors at any time of summer. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and has an awning to protect yourself from the sun. The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living-dining room, the kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. From the dining room, we go up to the first floor where we find a bathroom with a shower, a very spacious room with a double bed, and another room with a double bed that has access to a small balcony.
