Quartier trĂšs calme, possibilitĂ© de garer la voiture dans le jardin. La terrasse est ensoleillĂ©e le matin et Ă  l’ombre Ă  partir de la fin de matinĂ©e permettant de manger dehors. Le studio dispose de l’équipement nĂ©cessaire, et est assez proche de la plage principale, des restaurants et des commerces ; pas de possibilitĂ© d’avoir les chaĂźnes françaises sur la tĂ©lĂ©.Le sommier 140 mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre renforcĂ© pour Ă©viter de creuser.Studio ayant certainement subi un dĂ©gĂąt des eaux, les fermetures et mobiliers ont soufferts, Ă  notre arrivĂ©e une odeur d’humiditĂ© restait prĂ©sente dans la piĂšce principale et les placards. La propriĂ©taire nous a indiquĂ© que des travaux Ă©taient prĂ©vus.Forte odeur de fer lorsque l’on fait couler l’eau Ă  la salle de bain.L’hĂŽtesse parle couramment Français et est Ă  l’écoute, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, elle s’est dĂ©placĂ©e et a rĂ©gler le petit souci !

Studio au 1er Ă©tage d'un immeuble ancien, dans un quartier tranquille, Ă  deux pas de la plage et Ă©quipĂ© convenablement pour un sĂ©jour Ă  2.Points positifs : lieu propre, bien amĂ©nagĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ©, sĂ©curisĂ© avec une cour intĂ©rieur ou on peut garer son vĂ©hicule en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Petite terrasse qui doit ĂȘtre sympa aux beaux jours.Points nĂ©gatifs : Salle d'eau petite, inadaptĂ©e aux personnes corpulentes; Lave linge "vĂ©tuste"Contacts avec l'hote trĂšs facile et personne agrĂ©able.
