Beautiful villa, very spacious, a stone's throw from the heavenly beaches of San Marti d'Empuries.
This slightly elevated house is partly on one level.
It consists of a spacious suite equipped with a large bed and a bathroom with WC.
Two other bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds complete the sleeping area.
A beautiful central bathroom as well as a laundry room are available on the same level.
A very large, very bright living room consisting of a very well-equipped modern kitchen and a living-dining room with TV, unlimited free WiFi.
This part has large bay windows which bring in exceptional light and give access to the outdoor area where there is the private swimming pool with barbecue and the dining terrace with plenty of space all around to enjoy the Costa Brava sun under Mediterranean pines.
A little further down is a large garage as well as a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with WC, which offers the residents of the room independence.
This villa is ideal for a family of 6 adults and children/teenagers.
On the grounds of the villa you can accommodate two cars or easily park others outside.
The owner of the house lives in a house on the same property but has neither access nor view of the rented spaces (house, swimming pool terrace, etc.).
L'Escala is a small fishing village south of the Gulf of Rosas on the Costa Brava. The coast is heavenly with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocks, pine trees... and crystal clear waters which offer a breathtaking spectacle.
The region is rich in activities, whether sporting or cultural.
Nearby you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona or Girona.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided for your stay (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
On the day of your arrival, I will welcome you personally and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the important information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
