A magnificent flat with views of the pool and the Montgrí.





The community space with pool and garden, is spacious and very quiet, ideal to spend the summer days with family or friends.The apartment is divided into two spaces, ground floor and the attic.

Distribution:Maximum capacity: 5 people.

Living-dining room: In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, with a flat-screen TV with national channels, then there is a round dining table for 6 people connected to the open kitchen.Kitchen: small and well equipped (fridge-freezer, vitro two burners, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils and crockery).Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (drawer beds) with access to a rear terrace where the washing machine is.Bedroom 2: At the Attic:when going up the stairs we find an open space with a sofa bed, and a double room with a 150cm bed.

Terrace: spacious and equipped with table and chairs, overlooking the community pool and the neighborhood, in the distance we can see Montgrí.Parking: outside the residence, on the same street at the entrance of the community, you can park easily. (no problem in season)



Additional information:

Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.
