Gîte of 230m² (ground floor + first floor). On the ground floor, the gîte opens onto the living areas: the living room with dining room & relaxation lounge area (TV, table football), the fully equipped kitchen with a piano to concoct delicious meals. On this level, there is a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a complete bathroom with shower & WC. The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms for two people (in 160 cm bed), an attic dormitory (converted into the attic, ideal for teenagers - 2 90 cm beds & 1 140 cm bed), a bathroom and a separate WC. The mezzanine is equipped with a convertible BZ that can be used as an extra bed. The 5th bedroom of the gîte is a suite located in an adjoining annex, with a separate entrance and a complete and private bathroom (1 160 cm bed, shower, sink and WC). Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the heart of the village, this old farmhouse, typical of the Forez plain, has been restored to offer you a comfortable stay with your family. You'll have access to a beautiful 1000m² enclosed courtyard where you can play pétanque or ping-pong, while the children enjoy the giant sandbox and outdoor games: slide, garden playhouse, soccer goal, and more. To offer you moments of relaxation, Christian has converted the lovely covered hut into a wellness area: a 6-seater spa with a bar area. Your shared moments can continue around the fire pit and its garden furniture. The interiors are equally spacious, allowing you to comfortably gather in the vast living room (high ceilings, wooden frame, etc.) with amenities suitable for your group! To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included. The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water)
