This bright, single-story cottage offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, as well as a garage and a storage room on the lower level.

Outside, enjoy a large, enclosed 1,500 m² garden, landscaped with trees and flowers in the warmer months. The town of Laval is just 5 km away: 15 minutes by bike, 7 minutes by car, or 50 minutes on foot. Discover its medieval castle, the Jardins de la Perrine, the Cité du Lait (Milk Museum), or enjoy the riverside promenades and lively markets. In winter, be enchanted by the Christmas lights for a truly magical stay. Shops and services are available in L'Huisserie (1.7 km). Detached house on two levels:
