Leider ist die Wohnung trotz des schönen Blicks vom Balkon, nicht empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung liegt 2.Stock eines Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Außenanlagen und Zufahrt zum Haus sind immer noch im Bauzustand und somit dreckig und staubig bis ins Haus und auf den Balkon. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls nicht sauber, das Bett nicht gemacht, keine Handtücher. Dies wurde erst nach Aufforderung erledigt. Die Balkonmöbel waren entweder verdreckt oder kaputt. Am nächsten Tag begann dann der Bagger direkt vor dem Balkon mit Schuttbeseitigung und Erdarbeiten. Dies dauerte an, so dass wir uns bei der Agentur über den Lärm und den Dreck beschwert haben. Sie haben uns eine gründliche Reinigung zugesagt, die nicht erfolgte und uns außerdem angeboten uns das Geld anteilig zu erstatten, wenn die Situation für uns nicht zumutbar sei. Dies haben angenommen und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Nous louons en Corse depuis plus de 20 ans et c’est la première fois que nous partageons un avis. Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement en juillet 2025.La vue est magnifique et la terrasse très agréable. Cependant, il serait appréciable de pouvoir en profiter le matin grâce à un parasol ou un système d’ombrage.Nous avons aussi noté quelques manques : pas de plancha ou barbecue comme indiqué, seulement deux transats dont l’un endommagé, pas de penderie, ni de livret d’accueil ou d’informations touristiques. Dans la salle de bain, il n’y avait pas d’éclairage au niveau du miroir. Enfin, l’environnement immédiat était encore marqué par des travaux, ce qui a généré de la poussière.En résumé, l’appartement bénéficie d’une très belle vue , mais certains équipements et attentions pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour plus agréable.

Très bon séjour une fois qu'on a récupéré les clés.

Vue et endroit magnifique. Une meilleur communication sur l'arrivée dans le logement ne serait pas du luxe. La climatisation du logement est très appréciable mais à un réel problème. Bruit constant avec soufflerie air chaud directement sur le salon de la Terrasse. Et avec un bruit d'écoulement constant également dans la cloison entre la chambre et le salon donc il faut couper la clim pour la nuit si vous voulez pouvoir dormir sans bruit.
