Magnificent villa for large family with swimming pool

At Barre-de-Monts, this house promises you a grandiose stay! You can stay there in large numbers, with family or friends, for guaranteed moments of conviviality. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, you will not lack anything to make your stay a success. Its garden and swimming pool, open from 3 April to 30 September, are an invitation to relax and enjoy the iodised air offered by the Lumière coast. And the highlight: an unobstructed view of the Ocean!



It is a 250 m² house, welcoming and completely renovated, located on the beachfront with sea view on the upper floor, situated in La Barre-de-Monts. It has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 22 people. The rental has a fenced garden, with a terrace equipped with garden furniture. Within the house itself, you will find internet access via Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a cot with bars and a television in each bedroom. As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a deep fryer, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.

Villa magnifique très agréable à vivre

Un vrai coup de coeur pour cette villa qui s'est révélée encore plus spacieuse que sur les photos. Bravo à l'architecte qui a conçu la rénovation tout en gardant le cachet initial de la maison d'origine. Très bien agencée pour notre famille de 4 couples avec bébé, enfants et ado. On s'y sent bien immédiatement; la déco soignée et moderne a été étudiée avec un grand soin. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine mais la pièce à vivre est vraiment très bien pour mener plusieurs activités ensemble: préparation du repas à plusieurs, jeux d'enfants, jeux de société pour les adultes... Bref, on est à l'aise dans cette maison!Proche du centre ville, des commerces; la mer et ses ostréiculteurs sont à 2 pas. Le service de conciergerie est vraiment parfait et l'accueil à l'arrivée est chaleureux.Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Fantastischer Urlaub mit der Großfamilie

Ein genial durchdachtes Haus mit Klimaanlage, auch mit 12 Kindern zwischen 0 und 15 und 10 Erwachsenen hatten alle immer genug Platz. Pool mit angenehmen Salzwasser, auch für Kinder geeignet, die nicht schwimmen können. Bequeme Betten exzellent ausgestattete Küche, Außengrill mit Plancha Genügend Platz vor dem Haus um 6-7 Autos zu parken. Nette Betreuung. Meer und Strand, sowie Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir wären gerne noch länger als 2 Wochen geblieben! . Auch

Maison confortable, bien pensée et aménagée. Nous n’avions pas l’impression d’être 20. Nous avons même pu profiter de l’extérieur un moment. Les moins : il manque quelques grands plats, un couteau à pain et de vrais couteaux qui coupent.
