Une agréable pause dans un environnement privilégié

Nous avons vécu une belle semaine dans cet endroit paisible et bien placé, et ce, malgré une météo chagrine...les grandes baies vitrées donnent l'impression d'être dans le jardin. Tout est organisé pour être pratique. Nous remercions Marie-Annick pour cette recherche du détail qui facilite la vie à ses hôtes et reviendrons avec plaisir!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Ferienwohnung. Der Strand war sehr schön.In direkter Umgebung gab es Restaurants und Geschäfte. Vielleicht könnte man mehr für Touristen anbieten.

Studio bien situé, hôte très accueillante

Week-end de l'Ascension en famille. Le studio est très agréable avec son espace extérieur et bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage et à 5 mn du Pouliguen. L'hôte, Marie-Annick, est très accueillante et met tout en ouvre pour que ses locataires se sentent à l'aise et passent un bon moment. Un grand merci à elle ! Je recommande cette location.

Une pépite à la BAULE

Appartement très bien placé, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût . La plage Benoit est vraiment tout à côté. Le Pouliguen avec ses restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied. Marie-Annick est à l'écoute de ses hôtes et fait tout pour faciliter le séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Le studio est très bien situé, accès direct à la mer fantastique. Il est parfaitement bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La terasse est agréable. Marie-Annick est très attentionnée et disponible. Bref je me suis régalée pendant ce long we. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement joliment décoré, calme, propre et très bien équipé. Idéalement bien situé avec l'accès direct à une grande plage et proche des commerces tout en étant à l'écart du bruit de la circulation. Accueil très sympathique de Marie Annick avec à notre arrivée des crêpes et des confitures maison. Tous les ingrédients son réunis pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Très bel appartement bien entretenu et ultra équipé avec un extérieur magnifique. De plus la proximité de la plage est un plus. Pas besoin de prendre sa voiture le pouliguen est juste à côté. L’accueil de Marie Annick est exceptionnel elle s’occupe de tout et nous avons eu le droit à un petit pack d’accueil qui nous a beaucoup touché. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir Si nous revenons dans le coin et si la location est disponible Un grand merci

Propriétaire très accueillant et plein d'attentions. Studio parfaitement équipé, lumineux et très bien placé à 20m de la plage et à un peu plus de 5mn à pied des commerces du Pouliguen, dans une résidence très calme. Je recommande vivement cette location.
