This south-facing apartment benefits from a small, fully-equipped balcony. It is located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator. Bike room and unheated swimming pool.
In the residence, you have access to an unheated swimming pool and a secure bike room. The residence itself is secure. Free parking is available in front of and around Parc des Dryades.
