The open-plan kitchen leading into the living space is fully equipped and has everything you could need to prepare delicious meals: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a **filter coffee maker and Nespresso** are also at your disposal.

You can share your meals at the dining table whilst enjoying the view outside, or you can also take advantage of the large terrace and its outdoor table.

To walk along Europe's longest beach and then reach the coves of Pornichet or the wild coast of the Guérande peninsula, you can use the cycle paths. By bike or on foot, you will explore the boulevards and avenues of La Baule whilst breathing in the scents of pines mixed with the salty air.
