Points positifs : très bel appartement (bien agencé, dans un bel immeuble), communication facile avec le propriétaire, facilité de stationnement, mise à disposition des produits de 1ere nécessité, présence d'un balcon (très appréciable), situation dans un environnement calme. Points moins positifs : les travaux du remblai (un peu plus de marche que prévu pour accéder à la place de Pornichet)

Séjour très agréable à la Baule dans un bel appartement bien situé, proche mer, et dans un environnement très agréable. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien décoré, la literie est bonne et on retrouve tout le nécessaire et de bonne qualité pour cuisiner .

Cet été 2023 a la Baule

Super séjour. Belle situation. L’appartement est confortable et la vue sur terrasse est tellement apaisante. Je recommande vivement. Excellent pour un couple avec ou sans enfants.

Charmant appartement bien équipé

Cet appartement est bien agencé et équipé. Spacieux pour 4 personnes, le balcon est un grand plus. Le tarif ménage est inclus dans le tarif ce qui est appréciable La résidence est calme et toute proche de la mer. Par contre environ 30 minutes à pied pour être dans la rue centrale de La Baule.

propriété calme et propre située non loin de la plage pour les amateurs , également pour les visites alentours ,pour garer la voiture des places disponibles dans la rue les commerces sont un peu éloignés mais facilement accessibles en voiture l'appartement est très propre et bien disposé parfait
