Come and stay in this pleasant, modern, bright apartment tastefully decorated just a stone's throw from the centre of La Baule. You will have all amenities nearby, then you can take your bike and go and discover the salt marshes or even the beach located just over a kilometre away, renowned as one of the most beautiful bays in the world. The major asset of this accommodation is its large terrace, an oasis of tranquillity where you will love to start your days with a good cup of coffee or tea.
This prettily decorated apartment on the 1st and top floor of a small residence can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, one of which will be perfect for a couple or parents and the second can welcome children or another couple.
The living area invites you to linger over a good meal or with a good book, the bay window overlooking one of the terraces makes this space a cosy and bright corner. The terraces are equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. As for its kitchen, it is very well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, food processor, electric plancha-barbecue, kettle) so that you can prepare good dishes there.
To make your stay even more pleasant, at your disposal are an electric barbecue-plancha, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
