Up to 3 beds with bunk beds for young people in a chalet in the garden.

La maison est remarquablement située à quelques pas de la plage. TrÚs agréable à vivre, cette maison familiale est vaste et accueillante avec son mobilier rustique. Propriétaire disponible et arrangeant.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette grande maison de famille, chauffĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e maison confortable tout prĂšs des commerces et de la plage. Nous Ă©tions 10, avons profitĂ© de l espace Ă  l intĂ©rieur, de la vĂ©randa mĂȘme non chauffĂ©e il y faisait bon. La ville Ă©tait bien animĂ©e avec Halloween, les enfants Ă©taient contents, on a mĂȘme utilisĂ© la poussette canne pour notre petite fille de 4 ans, que des bons moments en famille.

TrĂšs bonne localisation le temps d'un week-end entre amis

Maison trĂšs bien localisĂ©e Ă  200 m de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter de la Baule et ses environs. Assez spacieux pour 3 couples avec enfants (8 voyageurs au total). Le stationnement est Ă©galement pratique, nous avions 3 vĂ©hicules tous garĂ©s dans l'enceinte. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et il y a mĂȘme des condiments pour faciliter la cuisine. Le propriĂ©taire est disponible si besoin. Petit bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© des lieux Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas proposĂ© une formule mĂ©nage ce qui permettrait de garantir le niveau de prestation, forcĂ©ment inĂ©gal en fonction des visiteurs qui nous prĂ©cĂ©dent. Cela permettrait y compris de partir l'esprit tranquille sans consacrer ses derniĂšres heures au nettoyage des lieux.

Séjour de nouvel an agréable

La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La maison est bien équipée. Dommage que la véranda ne soit pas chauffée car elle est trÚs lumineuse mais nous étions au courant de ce point. Le point négatif de notre séjour est le fait que l'on a pas pu laisser nos poubelles sur places, il a fallu les déposer dans un contenair dans la rue (on est sorti en pleine nuit pour ne pas se faire voir)

2jours et demi au reveillon du 31janvier 2020.L immense plage de la Baule a proximite.Un petit bemol,nous pensions profiter de la veranda mais le chauffage n y fonctionnait pas . Ceci dit l interieur de la maison est tres grand et nous avons mis les rallonges a la table de salle a manger pour etre Ă  l aise lors des repas.Madame GESLOT
