Welcome to La Baule, a renowned city, you will love staying in this charming apartment. Ideally located, you can explore La Baule on foot and discover every nook and cranny. You will also find the Dryads Park for beautiful walks surrounded by nature, and you will be very close to Lajarrige Avenue where you will love to stroll and enjoy the shops and restaurants.

The apartment welcomes you in a soothing atmosphere, its light colors and its bay windows make it a pleasant place. You will have a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh air. The living room is open and divided into three distinct areas: a modern and well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle.
