Maison louĂ©e 2 derniĂšres semaines d'aoĂ»t.Quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme,proche de la forĂȘt d'Escoublac (sport, promenade chien) une boulangerie et une boucherie-charcuterie de qualitĂ© Ă  10mn de marche.Plages de la Baule Ă  35mn Ă  pieds et 10mn Ă  vĂ©lo.Etang du Bois de Joalland Ă  15 mn en voiture etc.Des vacances plutĂŽt nature pour nous.L'emplacement de la maison permet aussi un accĂšs rapide Ă  la D213 vers GuĂ©rande ou St Nazaire.Nous sommes trĂšs contents de notre sĂ©jour et remercions notre hĂŽte pour son accueil et sa confiance.

Belle maison sur terrain clos dans un quartier calme

Accueil, sĂ©jour et Ă©changes au top avec les propriĂ©taires. Une belle maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien situĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol : le week-end principalement, les avions de tourisme (hors Baulois Ă©quipĂ©s de silencieux) sont de plus en plus nombreux et Escoublac est dans l’axe de l’aerodrome
 Nous avons vĂ©cu un Ă©pisode caniculaire, tendant Ă  se reproduire de en souvent et les chambres sont difficiles Ă  refroidir, l’investissement en climatisation serait un vrai .

beaucoup de travaux dans cette ville donc deplacement plus long car contournements.

habitation agreable . manquerait un parasol peut etre ...... et specifier si le menage est inclus ...ca gache d avoir a chercher partout l indication .......absente . Les propritaires tres tres agrables .
