It is a very beautiful apartment, facing the sea, with a 180° view of the famous bay of La Baule, that we offer you for your holidays on the Côte d'Amour.

Recently renovated with taste, using noble materials and high-quality furniture, this three-room apartment (68 m²) with a balcony will not fail to seduce you.



From the entrance, you will discover a large living space with soft hues, combining the elegance of white, the warmth of wood, the cosy feeling brought by touches of beige, and the chic of gold. A large contemporary and colourful painting adds a note of dynamism to this beautiful living room.



The open-plan kitchen, brand new and fully equipped, has an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker and a toaster.



On the dining side, a beautiful oval table surrounded by comfortable armchairs awaits you for your meals. To relax, a cosy and warm lounge invites you to settle in, with its soft sofas positioned facing the bay window, thus offering you an unobstructed view of the sea.



A pleasant balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, will allow you to enjoy fine days. You will have a front-row seat to admire the fireworks in summer.



On the night side, the first bedroom has a large King Size bed (180x200), and the second bedroom, decorated with a large mural, includes a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a private bathroom with shower, as well as a small balcony.

Très bel appartement fort bien situé.Mais pratiquement aucune vaisselle.La seconde « chambre «  est minuscule et l’ouverture du canapé empêche l’accès à la salle d’eau.Location plus intéressante pour un couple qui sort que pour une famille. D’ailleurs il n’y a pas de machine à laver le linge.Mais un appartement très agréable à vivre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
