I propose you a superb studio in front of the beach, ideal for couple. It is very well located at the intersection of the embankment and Avenue Charles de Gaulle, the main artery of the city. The apartment is in perfect condition and has a very large terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. It consists of a main room with a double bed, a table and chairs, storage space and a TV. The kitchen is independent and very functional. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.
The residence has a parking with few parking places but there is no reserved place for the apartment.

We are in the most dynamic district of La Baule because we are close to the shopping avenue and the market. There are all the food shops, stores, bars, restaurants and a cinema. The market is very close and open every day. It is totally possible (and recommended) to do everything by foot.
## Transports
To reach the apartment, I advise you to come by train because the station is very close (about 10min walk) and it is difficult to park for free in La Baule. You can also come by car because parking spaces are available around the apartment but no space is reserved.
