Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation comprises :

One of the flat's assets is its brightness: its 4.5 m2 balcony faces due west, so you can enjoy plenty of light every evening. It has a reserved parking space outside in the secure car park adjoining the building, as well as a secure bicycle storage area in the basement.
