7 km north of LE MANS, 5 km from the AUCHAN shopping center and the PARIS-NANTES-RENNES-ROUEN-BORDEAUX motorway tolls, 2 km from LA BAZOGE (all shops and schools). This old farmhouse, completely renovated in 2012 by an architect, offers 109 m² of living space, exposed beams, and a terrace of approximately 40 m². It is located in a rural setting and offers independent access. It can be shared with 8 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room (TV + internet), equipped kitchen, shower room (washing machine/dryer combo), toilet, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 queen-size bed and private shower room, 2-3 with 2 single beds each), bathroom, and separate toilet. Electric central heating (€15/day from September 15th to April 15th). Cleaning fee of €60 extra and mandatory for professionals. Sheets included - Beds made upon arrival.
