Appartement spacieux, reposant avec vue sur la mer avec balcon et un autre balcon côté rue. A 50 m du grand marché le vendredi. Vous posez votre véhicule et vous faites tout à pied soit par la plage soit par la rue. Idéal pour une famille.

Appartement très bien pensé, et très bien situé à côté du plan d'eau de la Bernerie permettant de se baigner quelle que soit la marée. Très calme et à côté de tous les commerces. A noter que contrairement à l'annonce les draps et serviettes sont inclus !
