Villa idĂ©alement situĂ©e, trĂšs prĂšs de la plage et au calme.Un grand jardin, qui nous sĂ©pare de la route pour une bonne tranquilitĂ©.Taille de la villa adĂ©quate pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants.La grande terrasse a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e.Bonne agencement des piĂšces.Cuisine fonctionnelle Literie de bonne qualitĂ©Points perfectibles :- micro-ondes et grille pains peut-ĂȘtre Ă  changer- carte pour les poubelles Ă  partager avec les voisins(nous n'avons d'ailleurs jamais pu ouvrir la trappes du conteneur Ă  poubelles)

Un petit coin de paradis !

Tout Ă©tait parfait lors de notre sĂ©jour dans cette jolie petite maison.TrĂšs calme, trĂšs bien situĂ©e, face Ă  la mer avec une grande plage pour se baigner et se balader.Et aussi Ă  proximitĂ© de magnifiques plages.Merci Ă  Franck pour son accueil et sa sympathie.Nous n’hĂ©siterons pas Ă  revenir ! Maison trÚs bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Emplacement commode, il suffit de traverser la petite route pour accéder à la mer. Plage agréable.

Un trÚs bon séjour

La maison est parfaite pour les vacances reposantes, au calme, proche d'activités de l'ile d'Oléron diverses. L'extérieur est trÚs agréable et la maison est propice aux rencontres d'autres vacanciers grùce à la seconde maison attenante. Le barbecue offre des opportunités de vraies vacances d'été ! Le garage à vélo est également indispensable pour conserver les vélos sereinement. On regrette les échanges quasi inexistants avec le gestionnaire au moment de la réservation et du coup les mauvaises surprises sur les surcoûts liés à la location des draps ou le ménage qui n'est pas compris dans les frais d'Abritel. Il reste arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour sur l'Ile D'oleron, qui porte bien son nom "Lumineuse". La villa soleil est trÚs bien située, facile à vivre et le jardin est trÚs agréable. L'équipement reste un peu minimaliste mais correspond bien aux vacances "nature" sur l'Ile. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Objekt und die Lage ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, mit der An- und Abreise hat alles sehr gut und ohne Probleme funktioniert. MĂȘme si quelques Ă©quipements mĂ©riteraient d ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s ( tĂ©lĂ©vison et tĂ©lĂ©commande HS , literie matelas ressorts ) nous avons tout de mĂȘme passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette location, super jardin et trĂšs bien situĂ© au bord de la mer ... Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gerĂ€umiges Haus mit grossem umzĂ€untem Umschwung. Herrlich nah am Meer ( nur grad ĂŒber die Strasse ). Absolut empfehlenswert!

The house was comfortable and well equipped inside and out we had some difficulties with the sophisticated hob. A list of recommended markets, restaurants and places to visit would have been a help but the owner helped when he was asked. Lack of wifi was an inconvenience.
