Belvedere cottage, panorama over the ridges

The Belvedere cottage welcomes you on the heights of La Bresse, in a quiet environment, but still close to the shops, restaurants and cafes of the village.
It has a balcony-terrace, facing the south, with an impregnable view on the forests and crests of the Vosges.
La Bresse-Hohneck, the largest ski resort of the Vosges, is just a 10-minute drive away.

Over the chalet:
This newly built cottage is divided into two separate dwellings. The one on the left side of the chalet is here proposed for rent.
The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen, opening onto a large panoramic terrace facing south.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms; two with double-bed and one with possibility of three single beds. The couch is also convertible and a cot is available.
A cellar next to the entrance will allow you to store your ski gear when you are back from the slopes.
The Belvedere cottage is fully equipped to offer you all the comfort you need. It also meets the latest standards in terms of environmental impact (heating / cooling by heat pump in each room and optimal insulation).
A special care has been brought to the decoration for a 100% mountain atmosphere and an perfect environment to chill-out.

Location:
The center of the village of La Bresse is easily accessible by car in 2 minutes or on foot through a little path. You can drive to the Gerardmer lake in 15 minutes and to the slopes of La Bresse-Hohneck ski resort in 10 minutes.
The area offers many activities such as road or mountain biking, trail running, hiking, paragliding in the summer and of course downhill or cross-country skiing, sledding, ice skating in the winter.
The cottage is also an ideal base for exploring the towns and villages on the Alsace wine route with Colmar, Eguisheim or Riquewihr about an hour driving, or visit Strasbourg, two hours driving. If you prefer open spaces and immersion in unspoiled nature, try some of the many hiking trails of the regional natural park "ballons des Vosges".

Attention:
Beware in case of snow! Snow tire and/or snow chains are strongly advised. The private road to the parking of the chalet is a sloping one and it may be slippery in winter.
There is room for only two cars on the parking in front of the cabin. If there are more cars, they can be parked for free in the center of La Bresse where a EV charging station is available.

This chalet offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
