L'Ourson des Myrtilles

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- A bedroom with bunk beds, double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m², facing South / South-East, view on the ski resort and the valley, with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed.

The flat is located near La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You will find in La Bresse all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter:

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike routes, Forest walks and numerous lakes, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (5 minutes walk from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, sledging slopes, ice rink.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park of the building.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A winter shuttle to the ski slopes.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station, 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport located at 2h04 by car.

Other remarks:
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Floméma Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
