Studio à rénover !!

Studio vétuste très mal agencé. Compteur électrique à côté de l évier ? Gros manque d'entretien: porte d'entrée très difficile à fermer quelqu'un va finir par rester avec la poignée en main ! vmc très sale, douche moisis , lavabo salle de bain fendu, frigo qui fonctionne mal, fenêtre qui ferme mal qui laisse entrer l'air et encadrement moisis à cause de humidité., lit et matelas très usagé .... Malgré le fait que le ménage a été fait avant notre arrivé ! . Prix du logement pas du tout en accord avec l'état du studio.

la literie est carrément nulle, n'a pas été changée depuis 30 ans apparemment. Mettre un sac poubelle à disposition ainsi qu'un bout de savon, ne serait pas un luxe non plus...
