The villa has been designed in such a way as to make the most of the outdoor spaces and the unobstructed view.
You will reconnect with absolute comfort, serenity and perfect harmony throughout your vacation.
On a plot of 6000 m², the villa, with a total surface area of 250 m², offers a living room with glazed dining room opening onto a superb terrace for dining. A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a master suite (double bed 160) with access to a private terrace and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom (double bed 160) with a shower room and for the other two bedrooms (double bed 160 and 2 beds 90), a separate shower room.
The outbuilding, also air-conditioned, consists of a main living room with kitchen and living room (double sofa bed). Upstairs, a bedroom (double bed 140) and a shower room. Direct access to a parking space and the swimming pool.

A real haven of peace close to the most popular tourist sites in the region, the famous Golf DolceClub de la Frégate and the Circuit du Castellet.
