This magnificent villa, renovated in 2009 by architect Jean Gouzy is the expression of the concept in out through large windows that fade within the walls. Facing south, quiet, not vis-à-vis, large and stunning views over the bay of Saint Cyr sur mer and Var vineyards. Its double tree wooden terrace, half covered, overlooking a beautiful lawn accompanied by fine furnishings and large infinity pool with large stone beach, fully secured, make it an ideal holiday destination. The master suite upstairs with its wide teak terrace offers complete tranquility and wonderful views. The 3 rooms of the DRC (90 cm beds that convert into double beds) also enjoy an exotic wooden terrace and 2 of them have sea view. The interior combines comfort and refined aestheticism, everything is new. New bedding and beautiful, modern and stylish decor. A Ping pong and bowling green will delight young and old. A person on site handles your arrival, place of appointment, visit, keys, information ... and a pool maintenance that comes regularly.

An overall great experience

This is a really great place - great view, totally private, very big, well functioning kitchen, fantastic pool, lots of nice details added over the years. It is a shame that the pool is located away from the house, and that the placement on the hill keeps everything in the shadow until noon (but that is of course the price you pay for the view). You are also not in walking distance to anything interesting. Some furniture, cushions, parasols etc is a little bit worn, and I think we were a little bit unlucky to be there when the house had been empty for some weeks, so everything was tucked in corners and very dusty. But this is really no critique because the place is just so big, so much in the raw country side, and so full of things, that keeping everything completely sharp all the time would be impossible. So just to be very clear we overall loved the rural charm and our stay, but just think there are some tradeoffs not entirely clear from the other reviews.

Fantastic place!

The house is beautiful, full of views on the sea, and well equipped (you have to ask to add the bed sheets and towels if you don’t bring yours though). The garden is very nice, perfect for outside breakfast and diner. We have also been really well received (the person giving us the key also helped us get our lost luggage delivered…). The swimming pool is great and parents will appreciate that it is closed so that kids don’t risk to go without supervision. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach at Saint Cyr, but also close to the calanques and great hikes. Groceries are 10-15 minutes away. Overall, we would go back anytime.

Une spacieuse maison avec une vue à couper le souffle

La maison est superbe, on a une vue sur la baie et la mer qui est exceptionnelle. Elle est très luxueuse, le salon est un peu petit mais on passe plus de temps dehors. Il y a un terrain de pétanque, une table de ping pong, une plancha. La maison est très bien équipée. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec beaucoup de place pour les affaires. L'accessibilité de la maison est compliquée en effet elle est en haut d'un chemin en côte très pentu, il est conseillé de ne pas avoir une voiture trop basse. La maison a de la place pour garer beaucoup de voitures. La piscine est en haut de la maison, il faut prendre des escaliers pour y aller ce qui gâche un peu le plaisir mais sécurise beaucoup si vous avez des enfants. Il est important de noter qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. (attention aux période de forte chaleur) La literie est confortable et les alentours sont très calme vous serez juste embêté par les moustiques

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa magnifique. Calme, repos, vue magnifique, piscine au top…tout pour passer des vacances magnifiques. 2 bémols lors de notre semaine. -Pas de Clim dans la villa, dans les pièces à vivre c’est correct mais dans les chambres invivables Vraiment dommage pour le prix de la loc et pour un confort maximum. -nous avons dû enlever les mauvaises herbes le long de la piscine haute de 20cm et l’herbe côté terrasses très haute. De plus nous avons dû passer le balai sur la terrasse. Parfait mais dommage pr cette villa, si cela change se ne sera plus exceptionnelle mais grandiose.

A piece of paradise in a perfect spot!

Absolute perfect house for a family situated in the middle of Bandol wine country. Short drive to beaches and shops. Fantastic pool! The only thing we missed was aircon in the bedroom in hot July night. But the fans helped us keep the cool. But other than that a perfect stay and would love to come back.

Très belle villa

Un séjour très agréable. La vue depuis la terrasse est très belle, la maison est équipée avec beaucoup de confort et la piscine très agréable. A choisir sans hésitation.
