Beautiful country house from the 18th century. 3 km from the centre of La Cadière d'Azur, 6 km from the centre of Le Castellet, 14 km from the centre of Bandol. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (not fenced), parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Saint Cyr" 4.5 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 6.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, riding stable 8.2 km. Nearby attractions: Calanques de Cassis, Circuit Paul Ricard, Porquerolles, Iles des Embiez, Presqu Ile du Gaou, Presqu'île de Giens. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
