Charming Cottage with Pool and Garden, Near Le Mans

You like peace and nature, you dream of being woken up by the song of birds or of dining on the terrace under the stars... Our cottage awaits you, at the end of our farmhouse, in the heart of a hazelnut grove where you can meet squirrels, deer or pheasants... In winter you can enjoy a good book by the fireplace and from June 15 to September 15 you will like to laze around by our heated uncovered swimming pool (from 10 [hidden] to 12:30 [hidden] and from 2 [hidden] to 6:30 [hidden] our guests are welcome with the obligatory swimming cap). Children will appreciate the wooded area, the games room and the bikes available which allow for beautiful family walks. If discovery tempts you... hiking trails, fishing, La Flèche Zoo, castles offer beautiful perspectives. With family or friends, we will meet facing the vegetable garden in the large living room with American-style kitchen. Still on the ground floor, adjoining a separate toilet, the master bedroom with its private bathroom (walk-in shower) opens onto the hazelnut grove and for your comfort you will find 1 king-size bed (or 2 90/200 beds depending on your choice).
Wearing a cap is mandatory when using the swimming pool.
As in a second apartment, the children will settle down upstairs where a bright bedroom with 3 beds (90/190), the mezzanine (1 90/190 bed and a young child's bed) with its reading corner, a large bathroom and separate toilet await them.
