Located in La Chapelle d'Abondance, Haute-Savoie, this traditional wooden chalet of 90 m² welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. You will find one bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with double beds upstairs, as well as a bathroom. Your private, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, traditional electric coffee maker and capsule machine. You benefit from private Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a high chair and a private sauna for 6 people with mountain view.



Enjoy the private balcony and terrace to admire the Alpine landscape. The cross-country ski trail passes in front of the chalet, offering direct access to winter activities.



A communal parking area is available with an electric vehicle charging station, allowing charging at 6 kW from 10 pm to 6 am via a station compatible with all vehicles. Small pets are allowed, but parties are not permitted. A winter shuttle stops nearby for easy access to the slopes.



The sauna operates with a token system and you receive one free 90-minute session per day. The washing machine also works with tokens, available for an extra fee to be paid on site. The Portes du Soleil ski area is accessible via the La Chapelle d’Abondance cable car at 1.5 km or Châtel Linga at 4.2 km. In summer, you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, via ferrata, ziplining, summer tobogganing and paragliding. The Châtel aquatic center is 4 km away and a supermarket is 800 m from the chalet.
