Beautiful, cosy country house "Alexandre", built in 1892, surrounded by meadows and fields. 800 m from the centre of La Chapelle-Saint Sauveur, 7 km from the centre of Pierre de Bresse, outside the resort, 40 km from the centre of Beaune, in a secluded position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, pond, swimming pool (above ground) (4.60 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Partially fenced land.

Electric heating, underfloor heating. Wooden floors. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron.
