16 m² private terrace and 200 m² unfenced garden, access to a wooded park with century-old trees, enclosed and shared with the owners. Private parking for two cars, quick charging point for electric vehicles (on request).
Ground floor: kitchen/living room (pellet stove), lounge/bedroom (double bed 140x190 + sofa bed 160x200) and sink, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 that can be joined) with sink, a shower room with toilet.
