Much care and attention has been lavished on the renovation of this stunning chalet, which is just 100m from the La Clusaz ski slopes and 1.5km from the centre of La Clusaz, where you will find plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.

The stylish interior has been designed so that even when 12 people (8 adults max) are staying at Chalet Patagonia, everyone can find some privacy when they want it. Skilled local craftsmen were used to make much of the furniture, and the fittings are all of the highest quality. This attention to detail, combined with the chalet’s superb position close to the popular La Balme pistes, is sure to make your holiday very special.

Sleeping up to 12 people (8 adults max) in five comfortable bedrooms with four bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax at Chalet Patagonia.

There's a large dining table where you can all eat together, and cosy chairs around an ethanol fireplace. Why not grab a bottle of wine from the wine cellar (payable at the end of your stay) to enjoy on the sunny balcony?

The furnished terrace is the perfect place to catch some sun, enjoy a barbecue or perhaps relax in the Nordic hot tub after an active day in the mountains.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please note that the chalet is located on the road between La Clusaz and La Balme. The fireplace on the first floor is equipped with an ethanol fire. The barbecue is not available during winter time. The chalet sleeps 12 people (maximum 8 adults). NOTE: Instructions will be provided by the manager on arrival for the Nordic bath.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Chalet magnifiquement aménagé et très bien équipé pour une grande famille : rien ne manque ! Nous avons apprécié les extérieurs avec le bain nordique et la proximité du centre-ville à 5 minutes en voiture. Accueil sympathique de Thomas qui s'inquiète du bien-être des hôtes et reste à l'écoute. Nos seules remarques : attention au passage des voitures sur la route devant le chalet, et départ un peu trop tôt pour notre famille de 9 personnes avec des enfants. Malgré tout, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce beau chalet montagnard!

Détente et luxe

Le chalet est magnifique et très bien équipé, mais il faut bien noter : il est situé en bord de route (il faut faire attention quand on a des enfants). Par contre, le bain nordique est vraiment un atout, ainsi que le hammam. C'est vraiment agréable de se détendre après une bonne journée de ski.

We loved our stay at Chalet Patagonia. The space, the deco, the big dining table... Great all around ! Ski bus in the evening stop quite early (around 7:45pm) so it's better to have a car.

Chalet Patagonia is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and we had a lot of fun in this chalet. It is very well located and we loved going back via the piste in the afternoon. We also loved the wood heated hot tub .... takes some time to prepare but great fun once you are in and there is something special to have to get the fire going to heat it up. The style of the property is great and the chalet has been very well thought off. Ski in ski out is great too and we loved the outside wood heated hot tub. Overall very nice place and very comfortable The things we liked in the area : views on the mountains and proximity to city centre.

Super chalet, immaculé, et très bien conçu.

Proche d'un sentier menant directement aux pistes. Le chalet est aussi proche d'un poney club et d'une ferme qui produit du Reblochon. Vraiment idéal pour les familles. Laurent le manager nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location aux familles.

Magnifique chalet luxueux et agréable!

Même nombreux, cet authentique chalet permet à chacun de s’isoler et de bénéficier de prestations haut de gamme. Très bonne isolation, déco très montagne... nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et avons passé un séjour de rêve. Merci aussi à Laurent, le manager du chalet, pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Aux alentours: balades, luge, ski, centre équestre et petits commerces, tout y est! Et on déneige votre allée!!!

Séjour exceptionnel

Un séjour surprise organisé pour les 50 ans de mon mari qui fut accompagné de ses 9 meilleurs amis. Neige et soleil au rdv, moments intenses et drôles sur les pistes en paret, découvertes gastronomiques au Chalet des Praz, La Scierie, La Fruitière, etc mais surtout ce qui a rendu le séjour exceptionnel, c'est votre chalet et son bain norvégien. Tous sont rentrés heureux de cette semaine. Merci d'avoir contribué à la réussite de cette surprise. Un grand merci aussi à Delphine et Laurent pour leur professionnalisme, leur dévouement et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons, c'est une certitude.

Great week in La Clusaz

Lucky with the snow coming on the day we arrived so plenty of skiing followed by relaxing in the hot tub / hammam and some good dinners around the huge dining table. Space to chill, ambience, nice wood burner, good kitchen facilities, Wifi and huge TV. La Clusaz has a cosy village feel compared to larger ski resorts. The lift connections allow for a good variety of skiing without buses. Would recommend strongly, but make sure you have a car as the walk up the hill out of town can be tiring!!

Full of character

A comfortable chalet full of character and with lots of modern conveniences. The hot tub and sauna were bonuses as was the excellent drying facility with the ground floor fire. La Clusaz is a very French ski resort with lots of good skiing and restaurants.

Villa Pineta supera le aspettative: molto tranquilla, grande, pulita, perfettamente attrezzata e con un panorama veramente spettacolare sul lago. Posizione strategica per visitare Umbria e Toscana e ideale anche per qualche giornata di relax. I proprietari sono molto disponibili per qualunque aiuto o informazione, ma non sono affatto intrusivi. Vacanza da consigliare!
