Ground floor of an authentic chalet, built in 1850, last renovation in 2014. It is located in the center, bordering a stream. Proximity to shops, leisure base, daycare centers, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car).

In summer, a ground floor terrace and access to a private courtyard adjacent to the chalet.

L'espace du chalet , la qualité des appareils ménagers, la cuisine... Il y a certaines couvertures à changer, il manque une pelle à neige pour déneiger l'entrée, un coup de vernis sur les tables, un coup de peinture sur les bancs extérieurs.
