Appartement RDC près de la Piste de l'Envers. Rapport qualité Prix médiocre. Appartement non conforme aux normes électriques . "faux 3 pièces". 2 pièces only. Equipement cuisine insuffisant. Poussière sous les lits et canapés. Pbl de lumière cuisine/Sdb. Matériel d'entretien dans WC. Confort moyen. Pas bon rapport qualité prix.
