Tastefully decorated apartment in a recent residence of 15 housing units, built in 1990, located in the upper part of the village of LA CLUSAZ, place called Les Granges. 300 meters from the Bossonnet ski slopes (ESF gathering). 100 meters from shops. Quiet with clear view of the slopes and the ARAVIS mountain range.
ENTRANCE: (tiled floor) 5.83 m2, wardrobe closet,
SLEEPING AREA: (tiled floor) 2 bunk beds (70)
BEDROOM: (tiled floor) 4.66 m2, 1 bed (140) 2 persons, north window, storage,
BATHROOM: (tiled floor) 2 m2, shower and sink, independent toilet,
DINING ROOM: (tiled floor) 12.42 m2, dining area, flat screen television, comfort sofa, storage closet, bay window overlooking a south-facing terrace of 5.40 m2 with garden furniture,
KITCHEN AREA, bar furniture, 2 electric plates, rotisserie, refrigerator with freezer compartment 160 l, dishwasher, capsule and filter coffee maker, raclette appliance
