Le Grand Bossonnet is a second-floor apartment for 10, with four bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms. Its location couldn't really be better, just across the road from the main gondola in La Clusaz, and a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of this lively village.

Parking is at a premium in La Clusaz, so the apartment's double garage is a real bonus, as are the electric car chargers. But with all the village facilities on your doorstep, and the ski bus stopping just across the road, you won't need to drive to discover the area.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with top-of-the-range appliances. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar which is great for a quick snack or even cocktails! The dining table makes the most of the view, and there are two cosy seating areas - one around the fire and the other around the television.

The covered balcony can be used at any time of year, providing shade on sunny days and shelter when the weather isn't quite so good. With a wonderful view of the piste and the mountains, there's always something going on.

The owners have requested that no parties be held in the apartment. IMPORTANT: the apartment has a garage for 2 cars only. No car should be left parked outside the garage. For additional cars: guests can rent a parking space for the week in the car parks "Salon des Dames" and "Centre Village". Thank you for your understanding.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Central Location and High-Standard Comfort

This apartment is fantastic in terms of its location—central to La Clusaz and directly opposite one of the main lifts—as well as being furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We chose it to prioritise well-appointed convenience over the possible extra space and privacy of a chalet located further out of town and were delighted with our choice.

Just exceptional!

The location was amazing—literally just 25 meters from the ski lift and ski schools, which made everything effortless, especially with the kids. The property itself was incredibly well-furnished; everything looked brand new and finished to a very high standard. The overall experience, and the management by OVO, was second to none. A particular shout-out to Camille for looking after us—5/5 for her too.

Great ski chalet

This is a great chalet, super clean and well equipped. The location is excellent and the balcony a delight on warm days. The living space is light, bright and spacious with well designed seating areas. The kitchen was very well equipped. Camille who managed our stay was an absolute delight. We would definitely stay again.
