Independent garden (garden furniture and barbecue), private parking.
Large, fully equipped American kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer, oven, washing machine / dryer combination and also household appliances such as fondue, raclette, stone grill, etc.) open to the room to live (60m²).
Living area with corner sofa, flat wall screen, DVD player, internet connection.
Bedroom one: 9m², a 140cm bed, a wardrobe, a flat wall screen and walk-in shower and W.C.
