Set of 4 chalets with 20 apartments, built in 1988, on the pool road, 500 m from ski lifts, 200 m from first shops, south side with a very beautiful view of all surrounding mountains, slopes and village. Access to ski slopes is very easy since the Residence is in the center of the resort, while enjoying tranquility.
ENTRANCE HALL: (linoleum floor) with MOUNTAIN CORNER 4.53 m2, 2 bunk beds in 70 (covers), closets,
BEDROOM: (linoleum floor) 4.78 m2, 1 bed in 140 (covers), closet and wardrobe, small north-facing window overlooking a walkway,
BATHROOM: 1.96 m2, bathtub, sink, storage, towel dryer, hair dryer, independent toilet,
LIVING ROOM: (linoleum floor) 12.81m2, sofa bed 140, dining area, television, south balcony of 3 m2, balcony table and chairs, superb view of mountains, village and slopes,
FITTED KITCHEN, 4 electric hotplates, combined grill/microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment (121 L), raclette appliance, filter coffee maker
