This 150m² villa comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which face south, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven) opens onto the air-conditioned living and dining room. A mezzanine is available with an 80cm extra mattress.
The covered terrace serves as a summer dining area.
The pool area (infinity pool) located on the upper level of the villa (accessible by stairs) is sure to delight you: sun loungers, parasols, shower, toilet, refrigerator, table, and chairs.
The view is unobstructed, overlooking the sea.
The amenities are excellent, including electric blinds, internet access, a Weber gas barbecue, and an electric gate. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. Linen rental is available. Final cleaning is an additional charge (€150).
