Pleasant flat with panoramic sea views offering a living room with sofa bed (1 pers.) and open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace with manual awning and magnificent sea view. There is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with separate toilet. Numbered free parking space and wifi access included. Access to the farmhouse is via a staircase with around fifteen steps to descend.



In the closed and secured domain "Mas de Gigaro" with a collective pool from june to september (paying from 7 years old, 10 €/week and 50 € deposit) and 4 tennis courts (deposit of 100 €, 40 €/week on reservation with the caretaker).
