The villa, facing south, 3 minutes from the town center of La Croix Valmer where all the shops are located, overlooks a superb view of the sea and the Iles d'Or Levant and Port Cros. We take full advantage of the view at the edge of the magnificent private heated swimming pool which measures 10m X 5m and has a secure curtain. It is located one level below the house. The terrace around the pool measures 150 m2. It is extended by a Pool house in which is installed a garden furniture for summer naps.

The villa is located in a private and quiet domain, on a 2000 m2 wooded plot. The garden and the swimming pool are maintained by our gardener and our swimming pool specialist who come by once a week. The villa is about 1.5 km from a very large and beautiful sandy beach, very pleasant and very easy to access. You will not have traffic jams to access it as to go to Saint-Tropez which is located at 7 Kms or to Cavalaire at 3 kms of which we see the pretty port of the terrace.

Each bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and toilet as in
the hotel.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
