This is a very nice hotel. We had a great room at a very reasonable rate. The person who checked us in was very pleasant and gave great advice on eating places. We enjoyed our stay there very much and if we are ever back in the area will gladly stay there again.

Arrived at 11:05 PM to check in and no one was in the lobby, so I was locked out of the hotel. No one answering the phone luckily another customer needed something in is car and let me in. Once I received my keys, I went to my car to get suitcase and was locked out again. I had to walk around hotel knocking on windows until someone came to front door. Will never stay in GrandStay again.
